Fix My PC Please! is a remote computer repair, problem solving and fixing service.
More than 95% of computer problems are caused by software and viruses. In a nutshell, we have the capability to remotely connect to your computer via the Inernet and fix it without having to visit your home or office.
If your computer cannot connect to the Internet we may still be able to offer some advice on what to do, although we will not be able to help you fix your PC through a remote connection.
Here are some of the ways we can help you:
- Give advice and help on backing up files
- Advice and help on dealing with junk mail (spam)
- Check that Windows is fully updated and set it up to ensure updates are automatic
- Check security settings (anti-virus software and firewall)
- Check for and remove viruses
- Provide a "tune up" and install software to maintain performance.
- Remove unwanted programs
- Investigating why something has stopped working and fixing the problem
- Resolving error messages
- General advice and help
