Instructions for turning your own handwriting into a True Type Font - SignaTYPE Service
Step 2 - Filling out the form
You should now have a printed copy of the signature font form ready to be filled in.
If you have any problems or are unable to print out the form, please use a blank sheet of paper instead (NO LINES!).
You will complete the form by writing your signature in the spaces provided.
- Fill out the form using a good quality pen. Black ink provides the best results.
- Write your signature at its normal size.
- There are spaces for up to three signatures:
- If you are purchasing the BASIC service, then provide just one example of your usual signature. (e.g. A. D. Hunt)
- For the PLUS service, please provide a second example. Perhaps this would be a less formal version (e.g. Andrew Hunt)
- For the GOLD service, please provide a third signature. This could be just your first name for a very informal document or letter (e.g. Andy)
Write WITHIN the boxes on the form. Do not write over the lines on the form. See example right

- Your signature should be written on an imaginary baseline (indicated by the arrow). Do not allow any part of your signature to cross the upper of lower lines of the boxes
If you make a mistake on the form, don't worry. Just go back to the Form to print out another copy and start again.
Once you are happy with your form, you have two choices for sending your completed form to Quantum Enterprises:-
