'Ultra' Service
Printing the forms
The first thing you will need to do is print out the special
forms which have spaces for each handwritten character to be
converted.
There are 5 forms for the Premium 'Ultra' Service.
Print each form page you require onto some ordinary white
printer paper.
Print two or three copies of Forms 4 and 5, as you may need
more than one copy.
- Please ensure that you set your printer to the highest
quality possible for standard printer paper.
- Don't worry if the forms do not look very clear on the
screen. They have been deliberately created to produce a faint
image. In fact - the fainter the image, the better.
If you have any problems or are unable to print out the forms,
please go here to request the forms
to be sent in the mail.
When you have printed each form, please click on the 'Continue'
link to go onto the next page. After Form 5, you will be given
the instructions for filling in the forms.

Printing the forms
Print
out the forms which follow on the next five pages. Make sure
you use white paper and print it out using the highest quality
you can.
Don't
worry if the form doesn't look very clear on the screen - they
are designed to print out faintly. In fact - the fainter they
appear, the better.
