Use the SPACEanchor system to add anchor strokes at the beginning of words?

Our unique SPACEanchor™ system makes provision for those writers who use 'anchor' strokes at the beginning of some, or all of their words.
This is optional on a Premium 'Ultra' font, because if you only intend to use the font with the Scriptalizer™ software the software adds anchor strokes automatically.
In the examples to the left and below, the writers have connected the 'q' to the baseline with a curving 'anchor' stroke.
Examples of anchor strokesWe can produce such good results with our handwriting fonts because we do not try and join leading and trailing strokes on each letter. Instead, each letter only has a trailing stroke.
However, if your handwriting style has anchor stokes at the start of some of your words, you may feel that the font does not give a good representation of your handwriting.
The SPACEanchor™ system allows you to add these missing strokes, either as you type, or after you have completed typing your text.
If you use this type of stroke often in your handwriting, we recommend you answer 'Yes' The SPACEanchor™ is usually assigned to the ^ (circumflex) key, but you can choose another key, if you wish.
If you do not use anchor strokes very often, or at all, answer 'No'. If you are not sure what the best option is, you can check the 'Let Quantum E. decide' box, and we will look at your handwriting and make the best choice for you.

Note: This service is designed for writers who use cursive (joined up) capitals in sentences, but want a printed capital alphabet for use when using capitals for whole words. Answering 'Yes' will provide a second font with printed versions of the capitals, but will cost more. If you select 'Yes', please ensure that you pay for the Premium PLUS Service on the payment page.

The 'Font Vault' is a collection of freely available handwriting fonts available for download from our web pages. Your signature will be removed from the version published on the web. If you wish your font to be available to anyone on the web who wishes to download it, answer 'Yes'. By answering 'Yes' are also permitting Quantum Enterprises to freely use your font in other possible commercial ventures (e.g. Font Collection CDs, etc.)

Make font available on a 'Personal Font Hosting Page'?

This is included for free as part of the Premium 'Ultra' and Premium 'Ultra' PLUS Services.

As explained on our Help & Tips page, you cannot simply use your font in e-mail messages. You must ensure that the recipient of the message has your font installed for them to be able to see it. But many people do not trust attachments and may not want to open an attachment such as a font file for fear of activating a virus. The answer to this problem is to have your own personal font page on the web.
Personal font pages are available to all, but only if you give someone your font page web address. Personal font pages will not be indexed by the search engines.
With our font hosting service you can keep a version of your font online on a personal page on which you can add your own message of up to 200 words, and links to up to 5 other web sites.
This is also another way of guaranteeing a backup copy of your font. If you lose your font due to a hard disk failure, you can download another copy from your own personal font page!
