The successful discovery of an ancestor costs £5.00 each, but we ask you to pre-pay £25 in advance.

Each additional fact or detail added to existing ancestor records costs £1.00.

If we have been completely unsuccessful in find any ancestors, you will be reimbursed £20 of the original £25 you spent on the research. Reimbursement will be proportional to the number of ancestors we have located. For example, if we have successfully located a further 4 ancestors, you will be reimbursed £5.

Payment & Shipping

Quantum Enterprises is based in the United Kingdom, but we will supply worldwide.
Credit CardsProvided you have a valid, major credit card, we will accept your order from anywhere in the world in any of the main currencies. Don't worry about converting the UK price into your currency, your credit card company will do this when you make your payment.

Payment may be made in the following ways:
On-line via the PayPal secure credit card transaction service. A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE AN ON-LINE PURCHASE.
Cheque (UK only) or Postal Order (UK only)
Customers in the UK: If you wish to pay by cheque, you can still shop and add items to your basket. At checkout you will be given the option to print out an order form rather than make payment.
