The handwriting analysis services we provide are for entertainment
purposes only. We do not provide services such as signature comparison,
handwriting verification, forgery detection, or any service which
would be connected with criminal investigation.
FREE HANDWRITING ANALYSIS
The FREE offer may be terminated at any time without prior
notice. Quantum Enterprises will not be held liable for the quality
or continuity of the service, nor for any losses or circumstances
arising from lack of service continuity.
FOR ALL HANDWRITING ANALYSIS SERVICES
No liability can be accepted for misinterpretation of the
handwriting sample by Quantum Enterprises, nor for misinterpretation
by the named instigator of the analysis, nor for misinterpretation
by the subject of the analysis.
No liability can be accepted for the accuracy of the analysis,
or the use, or misuse, of the information provided.
The information in the analysis remains the confidential property
of the named instigator, who accepts full responsibility for
any outcome relating to the disclosure of this information to
a third party.
Full, purchased handwriting analysis reports will be processed
as soon as possible. This will normally be within 7 days of receipt.
However, this time period cannot be guaranteed if circumstances
occur beyond our control.
Quantum Enterprises do not accept responsibility for loss
or damage of handwriting samples in the post, nor for loss or
damage of handwriting analysis reports sent by post. Quantum
Enterprises will, however, re-send handwriting analysis reports
which have been lost or damaged.
All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. No information
regarding credit card details is transmitted to Quantum Enterprises,
and Quantum Enterprises cannot be held responsible for fraudulent
or misuse of credit cards or credit card information.
Handwriting samples submitted as photocopies or in scanned
form do not reveal all characteristics which are detectable in
original form, and the customer accepts the limitations imposed
by submitting such samples.
Scanned handwriting samples which do not comply with the explicit
instructions (e.g. for file size) will be deleted prior to download,
and the customer will be requested to re-submit the sample which
has been correctly scanned or modified in such a way as to comply
with the requirements.
Quantum Enterprises only provides links to, and is not responsible
for, the service provided by its affiliates (Amazon, The Celtic
Shop). For queries about order status, deliveries and returns,
please contact the relevant company.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Additional costs are as shown with the price of goods or
services ordered. There is no additional tax to pay on the price
of goods you see.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000 you have the right to cancel your order, for any reason,
within 7 working days of placing your order. However, this right
to cancel only applies to goods that can be returned (i.e. the
handwriting analysis signature grid).
You may only cancel handwriting analysis reports / certificates
orders BEFORE you receive them.
By placing an order for non-returnable goods that will be delivered
/ supplied before the 7 day cooling off period has expired, you
are agreeing to forfeit your right to cancel after non-returnable
goods have been shipped.
If you do decide to cancel your order with in the cooling off
period, and this cancellation meets the above requirements, your
money will be refunded in full.
Returnable goods must be returned to Quantum Enterprises within
21 days of cancellation, in original condition, at the customer's
expense.
