What Payment methods do you accept?
Payment for products or services may be made in the following ways:
- By major credit or debit card on-line via the WorldPay secure credit card transaction service.
- By major credit or debit card (or your PayPal account if you have one) on-line via the PayPal secure credit card transaction service.
- By major credit or debit card by calling +44(0)1823 729401
- Cheque (UK only)
- Postal Order (UK only)
UK customers who don't wish to pay on-line should add items to their shopping cart as normal. When you get to the payment screen you will be given the option to print out an order form, which you can post along with your payment.
Please make Postal Orders and Cheques payable to 'Quantum Enterprises'
WorldPay and PayPal are the preferred methods of payment, as they are secure and the quickest method. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques and postal orders to be processed and cleared.
How do I know how much shipping there is to pay?
You can review the shipping costs whenever you view your shopping cart. All you need to do is select your country in the 'Shipping Estimate' box and click the 'Show Shipping' button.

During the payment process you may be given the option to create a PayPal account, however a PayPal account is not required to shop at Quantum Enterprises.
You may need to locate the "Continue" link to pay with a credit card instead of a PayPal account
Bank account payments: If you have a PayPal account it is possible to pay with funds in your bank account, but there is a delay of several business days for all bank account payments (referred to as 'PayPal eCheck').
How do I checkout and complete my purchase?
All Quantum Enterprises shopping sites have a shopping basket icon ( or ) near to the top right of the screen. To complete your purchase, click on the shopping basket icon (or on our main website click on the 'View Basket' link). You will then be taken to a payment screen where you can provide the necessary details.

I'm having problems paying using PayPal - what should I do?
PayPal, like many Internet based services, sometimes has problems with the sheer volume of people using it. This can reduce its speed and make it seem like it is not responding. If this seems to be the case, try again an hour or so later, perhaps when there are likely to be less people on line.
If PayPal is rejecting your credit card information, please make absolutely sure you are entering the correct information. Make sure that your credit card is one of the recognised major cards. Check that your card has not expired and enter the details that match those on the card.
The security numbers at the bottom of the payment screen do not have spaces between them - we have had customers who have been unable to complete a purchase because they thought that spaces were required.
If you have already created a PayPal account, PayPal will expect you to use it. It will not allow you to make a credit card payment as if you didn't already have an account. However, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT YOU CAN MAKE A PURCHASE WITH A CREDIT CARD, AND DO NOT NEED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE.
If you are still unable to resolve the problem, and cannot pay by another method, please contact PayPal directly.
Your prices are in Pounds (£). How am I charged outside of the UK?
Don't worry about the fact that prices are in UK Pounds Sterling, or converting the UK price into your currency, your credit card company will do this when you make your payment.

How do I unsubscribe from the news letter?
