How To Download The Jig Font Puzzles
To speed up downloads, The Jig Fonts are supplied as compressed .zip files.
The files are supplied with a filename like JF_filename.zip
and when decompressed the filename will look like JF_filename.ttf
(where filename is the name of the Jig Font ).
Windows
/ PC Users
You will need a program such as WinZip
to decompress (unzip) the Jig Font file. When you have a program installed to decompress
.zip files, you can click on the Jig Font link and choose to 'Save as..' or 'Open' the file directly.
Unzip the font into your Fonts folder.
Mac Users
You
will need a program such as ZipIt
to decompress (unzip) the Jig Font file. When you have a program installed to decompress
.zip files, you can click on the Jig Font link and choose to 'Save as..' or 'Open' the file directly.
Save the file onto your computer. You will then need to convert
the font to Mac format. To do this you can use a program such
as ttconverter.hqx. Click here to download
this program.
Then, locate the font (e.g. JF_fontname.ttf) and drag
it onto the TTConverter app. This will create a font suitcase.
Move the font suitcase into the Fonts folder inside your System
Folder.

The Solution To The Puzzle
The solution icon
will take you to a plain text file which shows a matrix of the
correct sequence of characters to complete the image.
How To Solve The Jig Font Puzzles
You can use any word processor to solve a Jig Font puzzle,
by typing out the letters and trying to re-arrange them to make
