Merchandise
Quantum Enterprises (trading as QE Promotions) has in-house printing facilities and we can print your company or organisation logo onto many different products, including garments (t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, hoodies), mugs, coasters, placemats, mouse mats, shopping bags, car sunscreens and many others.
Adding your logo to products allows you to promote your company and maintain your image in front of potential customers. It's an extremely cost-effective form of advertising. You can use company branded items as free gifts for customers or employees, or you can sell them to increase revenue.
Printing Methods
For garments and fabric items, we have two printing methods:
Vinyl Transfer Printing
The vinyl transfer is accurately cut using a CAD cutting system and applied to the garment using a heat process. The resultant print is long lasting and wash resistant.
As each printed colour is a separate element, this type of printing is more suitable for designs with only one, two or three colours. The transfers can be applied to most fabric types, including 100% cotton.
This type of printing process can be applied to any coloured garment, although the range of vinyl colours is limited.
Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye sublimation printing uses a special ink which is first printed onto paper. The design is then transferred to the garment using a heat process.
With dye sublimation printing, the ink is heated to such a temperature that is vapourises and chemically combines with the substrate it is being transferred to. Although this means that the garment material must be receptive to the ink (usually 100% polyester), the resultant print is extremely long lasting and wash resistant.
This type of printing process allows printing of millions of colours up to photographic quality, but is limited to thefact that the design must be applied to a 
light garment - usually white.
Other Products
Other products such as mugs, coasters and placemats are printed using the dye sublimation process, allowing multi-coloured logos and other designs to be printed.
