All poetry (c) Andrew Hunt

The poetry I present here was almost entirely written in the period 1989 - 1993. This was an intensely emotional time for me, when I was coping with (amongst other things) the aftermath of a failed marriage. Thus, many of the poems hold deeply personal feelings, and, because of my state of mind, some may appear to be dark - even sinister.

I have created far more 'verse' than is present on these poetry pages. As I am also involved with song writing under the pseudonym of Cloud Of Dust, I recommend you follow the links back to the Cloud Of Dust homepage, and view some of my other work there. You will find that several of the poems presented here have been inspiration for Cloud Of Dust songs. (Dark Lady is a good example of this).
