Shipping

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the item descriptions as we do not know how much it will costs to ship an item until we know where you live. However, when you check your shopping cart, you can select your country in the 'Shipping Estimate' box and click the 'Show Shipping' button. This will tell you the current total of shipping costs so far.

Shipping Lead Times
We use Royal Mail for shipping. UK deliveries are posted 1st Class - usually within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of the order.

International deliveries are shipped by standard Air Mail, usually within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of the order, with a typical delivery time of 3 - 5 days after despatch. However some international deliveries may take up to 21 days or more.

Some products may not be stocked and in these cases the longer shipping times will be given in the product description.

The lead time for services (such as handwriting fonts and jigsaw puzzle piece replacmement) are given in the item description.

Credit CardsProvided you have a valid, major credit card, we will accept your order from anywhere in the world in any of the main currencies. Don't worry about converting the UK price into your currency, your credit card company will do this when you make your payment.
