Jigsaw (Puzzle) Doctor Replacement Missing Jigsaw Puzzled Piece Payment Page
Please click on the 'Add To Basket' button (above) to place your order.
If you wish to purchase more than one replacement piece, simply change the quantity.
If you have any scanned images or digital photographs of your jigsaw puzzle box lid, you can upload them using the three 'Select Yoru File' buttons above.
IMPORTANT: Customers in the UK who wish to pay by cheque pay by cheque or postal order. You should still click the 'Add To Basket' button if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order. On the subsequent payment pages you'll be given the option to choose the 'Print Order Form' option. The printed order form, which will contain all of your details, can then be placed in your envelope with the surrounding pieces. Please make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to 'Quantum Enterprises'
Once the Jigsaw Doctor has received your order you will receive confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive confirmation when we receive your surrounding pieces in the mail.
Please allow up to 14 days to produce your replacement jigsaw piece(s) from receipt of your order. Please also allow for international postal delays.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SHIPPING
We strongly recommend that you use a 'signed for' service for shipping your returned pieces.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For international deliveries we use International Signed for. Both of these services have some compensation for loss. We recommend that you use a similar service to send your jigsaw puzzle pieces to the Jigsaw Doctor. The Jigsaw Doctor is not responsible for any losses in the mail and we recommend you review and consider the possibility and cost of such a loss, particularly if your jigsaw puzzle is irreplaceable. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Provided you have a valid, major credit card, we will accept your order from anywhere in the world in any of the main currencies. Don't worry about converting the UK price into your currency, your credit card company will do this when you make your payment.
