How to use a custom handwriting font on web pages

There are now several ways to embed fonts in web pages and all of them have some advantages and disadvantages. We are going to discuss two methods here. A search on Google for 'embed fonts in web pages' will provide further information and other options.

Graphic Images
If you want to use your handwriting font on the web, the least technical way is to use a graphics program to make an image using your font, and display it in this way. This is how we have demonstrated the handwriting fonts on most of web site.

Embedded Fonts
There are several ways to embed fonts in web pages, and many, many pages on the web explaining how to do it. Here are a few links:
