If your jigsaw piece is double-sided and you want us also to replace the reverse image, or only the image on the piece is damaged and you only need the image replaced then click here to go to the extra options page.

How To Send An Image (Optional)
If you have a poster from your jigsaw puzzle box or don't mind cutting up your box lid and sending the relevant section, then include them in the envelope with your surrounding pieces.

If you have a digital version of the missing section(s) of your jigsaw puzzle you can use our file upload facility here.

If you haven't got an image ready yet, or if you have problems adding it when placing your order, you can also send your image(s) after you have placed your order by replying to the order confirmation email and attach your image(s) to that.

Discounts available:

If you are sending us the poster or relevant section(s) of the box lid with your pieces you DO NOT need to upload photos as well.

- If you can include the puzzle poster with your pieces (Discount can be obtained at time of purchase. Posters will be returned, but may be folded more than when received in order to fit in the mailing package.): £3.00 
- If you can send the relevant section of the box lid with your pieces (Discount can be obtained at time of purchase. Box lids will not be returned unless specifically requested, and may require additional postage for the return): £2.50
- Discounts cannot be combined.
