Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the item descriptions as we do not know how much it will cost to ship an item until we know where you live. Once you have added an item to your shopping cart and provided your details you can check the shipping price before making payment.
Due to the changes in EU VAT, customers in the EU must pay import VAT and an additional handling fee before receipt. This may delay the delivery of your order.
Orders over 2kg cannot be purchased directly online. Please contact us to discuss shipping options and prices.

Please allow up to 7 days for orders to be despatched.
Some products may not be stocked and in these cases, the longer shipping times will be given in the product description. Unless you have the option to purchase expedited production of your order, your order will be shipped within the specified lead time.
The lead time for services (such as handwriting fonts and jigsaw puzzle piece replacement) are given in the item description.
UK (Standard)
UK standard deliveries will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class. Typical delivery time is 1 to 2 days. Up to £20 compensation for loss or damage.
UK ('Signed For')
UK 'Signed for' deliveries will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Typical delivery time is 6 - 7 days. Up to £50 compensation for loss or damage.
USA and rest of the world (Standard)
International deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail 'Air Mail'. 'Air Mail' deliveries have a typical delivery time of 3 - 5 days after despatch. Some international deliveries may take up to 21 days or more.
USA and rest of the world ('Signed For')
'Signed For' deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail 'Air Mail' and have a typical delivery time of 3 - 5 days after despatch. However, some international deliveries may take up to 21 days or more. 'Signed For' deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
COURIER SERVICES
We do not offer courier shipping options by default. If you are in a hurry to receive an order, or if your order weighs more than 2kg, please contact us to discuss shipping options and prices.
Delivery Tracking
If you use the Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' service you will be given a parcel tracking number in the 'Order Complete' email we'll send to you. You can track your delivery using that number by going to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
