By making a purchase or using a service provided by the web sites, the customer is accepting these terms and conditions in full. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by updating this web page. Since users are bound by these Terms and Conditions, periodical visits should be made, by clicking the Terms & Conditions hyperlink at the bottom of all our Web pages.

Use of the Site is at the users' own risk. The copyright holders make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and; specifically disclaim any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Lead Times

All lead times are given as a guide only and Quantum Enterprises is not responsible or liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, service continuity disruptions or high demand. Please note that lead times do not include additional delays caused by the postage option you choose.

Shipping Prices

Courier service shipping prices are based on a standard parcel size. It is possible that the quoted price for larger shipments may be inaccurate and we may contact you to request additional shipping payment, or to refund you for part of the payment. If you are dissatisfied with any change to the shipping costs, you may cancel your order and your payment will be returned in full.

Shipping Prices (EU VAT / IOSS)

Due to the changes in EU VAT, customers in the EU must pay import VAT and an additional handling fee before receipt. This may delay the delivery of your order.

Copyright

The material displayed on the Site may be downloaded for non-commercial, personal use only. Permission is granted specific on the maintenance of the copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. The distribution, transmission, modification, re-use or reporting of the contents of the Site, for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video, is not permitted without the written permission of Quantum Enterprises. Materials displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission of the copyright holders. The use of these materials is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission is provided on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes

Trademarks

The Quantum Enterprises trademark and all storefront trademarks are protected under international law.

Additional Costs

Additional costs are as shown with the price of goods or services ordered. There is no additional tax to pay on the price of goods you see.

Currency Conversion

Currency data is provided on our storefront websites courtesy of coinmill.com and our main shopping website courtesy of Yahoo Finance (updated at least weekly) and is supplied as a guide only. Your credit card company may charge a percentage of the purchase price (typically around 3%) for currency conversion. The currency data is provided without any warranty for accuracy. Please check with your credit or debit card provider for accurate details on current exchange rates and currency conversion charges for international purchases.

Non-Receipt Of Items

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us in writing of your decision within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Quantum Enterprises, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• handwriting fonts (unless production has not yet commenced)
• logo fonts (unless production has not yet commenced)
• 'Jig Fonts' (unless production has not yet commenced)
• handwriting analysis reports (unless production has not yet commenced)
• custom printed products (unless production has not yet commenced)
• digital downloads
• consumable goods except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the Products.

If we are unable to resolve your problem or complaint, and you reside in an EU member state other than the UK, then you may attempt to resolve the issue using the Online Dispute Resolution website.

Service Continuity

Quantum Enterprises will not be held liable for any lack of continuity of our services, nor for any losses or circumstances arising from lack of service continuity.

Security

All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal or Stripe. Quantum Enterprises cannot be held responsible for fraudulent or misuse of credit cards or credit card information.

Affiliates

Quantum Enterprises only provides links to, and is not responsible for, the service provided by its affiliates.
