Service
Printing the form
The first thing you will need to do is print out the special
form which has spaces for each signature.
There is only one form required for the SignaTYPE Service.
Print the form page onto some ordinary white printer paper.
If you have any problems or are unable to print out the forms,
please use a blank sheet of paper (NO LINES!)
When you have printed the form, please click on the 'Continue'
link to go onto the next page. You will then be given the instructions
on how to fill in the form.
