Here are the steps for creating your signature font:

1. Print out the form
To avoid forgery you MUST use this form to provide the signature(s). We will not accept other signature images or signatures that have been digitally pasted into the form.
The form requires a PDF reader to download. Most computers already have this software installed, but if you have any problems you can search for a free PDF reader online here.
The SignaTYPE Service has 1 form:
This is the only form required for providing your signature(s). You will only need one copy..
Print this form on some good quality paper.
2. Complete the form
Please do not write on the form until you have read all of the instructions. You may wish to print this page out for reference as it will make it easier when you fill out the forms.
Complete the form by writing your signature(s) in the space(s) provided.
Fill out the forms using a good quality pen. Black ink provides the best results.
Write your signature at its normal size.
There are spaces for up to three signatures:
For the PLUS service, please provide a second example. Perhaps this would be a less formal version (e.g. Andrew Hunt)
For the GOLD service, please provide a third signature. This could be just your first name for a very informal document or letter (e.g. Andy)
If you are scanning the forms, please retain the originals in the event that we have problems processing them.
Do not allow your signature(s) to cross the solid lines on the form.
3. Scan and upload, or mail the form
There are two methods to return the completed form to us:

It is important to include your your e-mail address on the form to help us marry it up with your order.
Set up your scanner and scanning software in preparation for the scan.
Place the completed form in the scanner as straight as possible.
Scan the image as a gif, jpg, tif or PDF file.
Select a scanning resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).
This is very important - setting the resolution too low or too high will not provide a satisfactory image. Font forms scanned at the correct resolution will be around 2,200 pixels or more wide, by 3,200 pixels or more high. If your form is smaller than this, you have not scanned it at the right resolution.
Use the default settings for light intensity and contrast.
Scan as a full colour image or 256 colour grey scale.
Do not scan in black and white only.
Scan the entire form.
Save the form as [Your Name].
It is important to include your name in the filename of the form and your e-mail address on the form itself to help us marry it up with your order.
Please retain your form in case there are any problems with the scan and we ask you to re-scan and re-submit.

4. Make your purchase
If you've not already purchased the SignaTYPE font service you should do so now. We cannot start producing your signature font until payment is made.

Quantum Enterprises is based in the United Kingdom, but we will supply worldwide. Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, with an approximate conversion in US Dollars. However, provided you have a valid credit card, we will accept your order from anywhere in the world in any of the main currencies. Don't worry about converting the UK price into your currency, your credit card company will do this when you make your payment.
