If you have any problems with your new handwriting font that aren't answered above, please contact us and we will see if we can help you.

Remember - by using our handwriting font creation service, you have accepted that certain limitations apply when trying to reproduce handwriting as a font. These limitations are:

• Only one character can be assigned per letter on the keyboard. Particularly distinctive characters will therefore be obvious as they are repeated.
• We can only reproduce the letters that you supply. If you are unhappy with the results because you have failed to follow the instructions, you will be requested to make another purchase to rectify the problem.

On Standard and Premium 'Ultra' Service fonts, we have spent considerable time in adjusting the characters in your font so that they produce a realistic (as possible) handwriting effect. However, if there are any letters sizes, positions or choices that you are unhappy with, please contact us and let us know what you would like us to change. We will work with you to produce a font that you are completely happy with, or at least explain any limitations that prevent us from improving it further.

For all services we will do an unlimited number of small 'tweaks' on created characters on the TrueType version of a font.

We will also replace up to 5 characters free of charge on your TrueType font before converting to single line.

After we have converted your handwriting font to single line we can still make adjustments or replacements for a small charge.
